Let me clarify about size of penis.
Normal size of penis in flaccid(normal) state is 2 to 4 inches (5 to 10 cm)... sometime it can be 1.5 inches also.... while in erect position 3.5 to 6 inches (9 to 15 cm). It varies according to body structure, genetics and race. It is not related to height or masturbation habit..
Size of penis does not matter much for satisfying partner.
Maximum anterior 3 inches of female vaginal wall is sensitive to sexual stimuli. Only 3.5 inches of erect penis is more than sufficient to satisfy female.
As such there are lots of creams and pills are marketed for penis enlargement. But nothing is scientifically approved and useful in reality.
In this field I am working since many years but till date only surgery and testosterone therapy are useful for this.
As such there is no medicine which can increase basic natural size of penis.
Note: There are pills which can increase size of penis if there is erectile dysfunction(means erection is not proper)
5- PDE inhibitor group of medicines are used for this purpose which includes sildenafil or tadalafil. It is proven drug for male erectile dysfunction.

There is no medicine.I am working in this field since 10 years and I got this question from many. But no scientific evidence about any medicine. Only surgery can help. But it is risky. Yes your size is ok and with that you will have Normal sex life that I am sure. Like height of someone can't be increased after age of 18 same is apply to length of penis. Nothing to worry..

you problem of not being able to retract foreskin completely behind the ring of penis easily in erect state or tight skin is called Phimosis.

You should consult general surgeon for physical examination. If doctor feels that it may be treated with non surgical approach, he can prescribe a steroid ointment and after applying it you need to gradually stretch the skin daily for one month. If this does not succeed surgical intervention is needed.
Circumcision is the minor surgery for treatment. It removes foreskin. It is very small procedure. 15 minutes. Done under anesthesia
You can resume your routine in two days and can have sex life after 3 weeks.
Other procedure is frenuloplasty.
Foreskin is attached with penis with a skin band called frenulum. When frenulum is short and not allowing skin to go back in that case surgery on frenulum is done. It is called frenuloplasty.
You can be discharged on the same day.

I will prescribe cream for a while. Apply on foreskin but mainly on below inner surface from the foreskin opening whole round twice a day for 4 weeks. After 5 minutes make penis erect and gently stretch the skin to and fro or up and down for 10 minutes until. the level you feel pain. Do it twice a day. If no progress in 15 days, consult surgeon for surgical opinion.
