This is my testosterone level report
I think its in normal range but on lower side
I drink twice sometimes thrice a week
Smokes 3 cigarettes a day
Trying to quit which i have reduced one in a day
I am going gym but not able to perform well
And not able to gain muscle mass.. i think i might have trouble in future. Working hours 10 to 11. Sleep 6 to 7 hours. How can i increases my testosterone level..
