It happens because of so many factors.
1.you have been training your penis to ejaculate early all these days
2.You will be very anxious of losing erection and will hurry up for intercourse
3.Glans of penis may be very sensitive
4.The desire may be too much .

Premature ejaculation is not a desease of body and it is seen in almost all men at some point .It occurs because of your tension and anxiety about performing sex or previous bad sexual experiances.Medicines can be taken initially to reduce your anxiety if you are married or having regular sex.
Practicing exercises to strengthen the muscles which help in ejaculation and retraining penis to ejaculate late , would be a permanent solution rather than medicine.No permanent cure with allopathy ayurveda or any system.

Initially hold it for 10 secs and gradually increase to 30 secs.Practice kegels exercise daily morning and evening 30 times.
you can do this exercise anywhere either in office bus or train. you have to master this exercise by practicing daily for 3 to 6 months
2.squeeze technique for premature ejaculation .
This has to be done during masturbation or intercourse . after learning both exercises you have to retrain your penis to ejaculate late. At the time of intercourse , just before the desire to ejaculate apply both exercises for 30 seconds and hold it. repeat it 3 to 4 times before ejaculation. for better results practice for 3 to 6 months
