FOOD: 1. Ginger and Honey: Take half a teaspoon of ginger and the same amount of honey and add this to a glass of warm milk. Drink before you are off to bed and you will surely notice the change. 2. Chewing 3-4 cloves of garlic can make a lot of difference in your premature ejaculation and help you reamin healthy as well. 3. Carrots and eggs: Chop 2 carrots & mix it with a half boiled egg. Add 1 tablespoon of honey to this. This can taken everyday for about 3 months. 4. Almonds, cow's milk, ginger powder, cardamom and saffron: Soak 10 almonds in water overnight, Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk, Add the crushed almonds, a pinch of ginger powder, a pinch of cardamom powder, a pich of saffron and mix them all well. Drink this every morning 5. Have fresh fruits like watermelon, bananas, oranges, Strawberry, papaya, pineapple, and also have fresh fruit juices twice daily . 6.
