-Leave your infant's dressing (lubricant gauze) for at least 24 hours after the circumcision.
-While your child is healing, apply a petroleum-based ointment (Vaseline) to the end of the penis after every bath and with each diaper change.
-Keep the diaper fastened loosely.
-It will take 7-10 days for the penis to heal completely.
-Wear loose underwear
-Clean the wound every day for 7-10 days.
-Sexual activity like intercourse should be avoided for at least 4 weeks.
