hello Mam, I am working in a xxxx bank at a cashier post near my home town xxxx. I am feeling inferiority complex and mental stress from 3 4 months especially when I returned from a trip with my friends. They all are outgoing. I didn't enjoy the trip at all. I don't talk much. I am an introvert and shy person . I don't like my job too. I want to communicate with people but I just can't start the conversation . From some months I am feeling like useless and of no work. And feeling like I am not that knowledgeable to talk with people. I suffer from migraine headaches too from 5 to 6 years. Please help.
