I am 31 years old. Basically from xxxx. Graduate. Working in xxxx since past 10.5 years
Sleep is my biggest problem now.

lack of sleep... no matter how hard I try... not able to get enough sleep

Beck in days...I means years back... listening to relaxation musics used to help.me to fall asleep

like reading a book?

Reading book or simply avoiding using gadgets or natural relaxation techniques or lighter dinner or simply saying no to alcohol ... There are so many!! You just have to pick one as per your convenience

Studies have show that reading can help you sleep better. ... Reading is a great workout for your brain. And just like how going on a run makes your body feel good, reading makes gives your brain a healthy boost
I will try... but honestly I am with very less hope... last weekend I don't consume alcohol... I ate only healthy stuff... I skipped dinner as I have late evening snack... I consume enough water... still I couldn't get sleep in time...
but I will definitely continue try. books are not my thing and never showed any interest... but I will give it a try.
