I am really stressed and feeling very low. I feel very weak. it has been 8 months and i am not getting motivated to do anything

I have emotional breakdown headache and sometimes uneasy thoughts
I keep on crying for days... and feel extremely insecure... and i feel I don't have any importance among people...
