Panmet D Sr Capsule is a Capsule manufactured by FAITH PHARMA. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of belching and heavy bloating, back flow of acid from stomach, difficulty in swallowing . It has some side effects such as Abnormal heart rhythm,Arrhythmias,Atrophic gastritis,Abnormal milk discharge from breast. The salts Domperidone, Pantoprazole are involved in the preparation of Panmet D Sr Capsule.
