It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of itching associated with skin diseases , allergic rhinitis, inflammation of the inner lining of the eye. It has some side effects such as Altered taste sensation,Asthenia,Abnormal intolerance to visual perception of light,Abnormal sensation in eyes. The salts Olopatadine are involved in the preparation of Olotop DS S Drops.
