It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of allergic rhinitis, inflammation of the inner lining of the eye, itching associated with skin diseases . It has some side effects such as Altered taste sensation,Abnormal sensation in eyes,Asthenia,Abnormal intolerance to visual perception of light. The salts Olopatadine are involved in the preparation of Olopat OD S Drops.
