Deletus P Expectorant is a Expectorant manufactured by ABBOTT HEALTH AHPL. It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of breathing illnesses, breathing problems, bronchitis . It has some side effects such as Condition where the nasal cavity is filled with a significant amount of mucus fluid,Breathlessness,Coughing,Anaphylactic reactions which may manifest as sudden. The salts Bromhexine, Guaiphenesin, Phenylephrine are involved in the preparation of Deletus P Expectorant.
