It is commonly used for the diagnosis or treatment of bacterial infections of bones, bacterial infections of lungs , bacterial infections of ear. It has some side effects such as Abnormal blood counts,Abdominal cramps,Abnormal liver function including yellowing of the skin,Abdominal pain. The salts Ampicillin, Cloxacillin are involved in the preparation of Ampilox C DS Injection.
